Meet Mel

Mel is a research-based, integrative practitioner practising in Shellharbour NSW and online. She is degree qualified with a passion for treating women's reproductive health including menstrual irregularities, vaginal health, PCOS, endometriosis, adenomyosis, PMS, hormonal acne, menopause and other related conditions. She also has a keen interest in gastrointestinal-related issues and mental health.

Mel focuses on restoring all aspects of health using herbal and nutritional medicine, alongside lifestyle and dietary recommendations. She incorporates complementary medicine research into each part of the treatment plan. Compassion and care are fundamental to her patients' personalised healthcare approach.
