Holistic Support to Improve Your Wellbeing

I offer evidence-based naturopathic services to support a wide range of health concerns, including women’s health, men’s health, digestive issues, fertility, and postpartum care. Each plan is personalised to help you feel your best, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Women's Health

Irregular periods, PMS, hormonal acne, PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid imbalances, or perimenopause; your symptoms are valid and deserve proper attention. I offer holistic strategies to restore balance and ease.

Stress, Sleep, Mood

Life is full, but feeling highly stressed, constant fatigue, burnout, or poor sleep quality isn’t normal. Together, we’ll identify contributing factors and build resilience through nutrition, lifestyle and herbal support.

Fertility Support

Your fertility journey starts long before conception. By addressing gut health, hormonal imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, and stress levels, I help prepare you and your partner for conception and a healthy pregnancy.

Gut Health

Bloating, constipation, loose stools, food intolerances, or IBS symptoms? Gut health is central to overall wellbeing; I investigate the root cause and offer natural solutions tailored to support your health.

Postpartum Care

The weeks and months after birth are transformative (and nutritionally depleting). I help replenish nutrient stores, support breastfeeding, and ease the physical/emotional load that comes with new motherhood.

Men's Health

Digestive issues, stress, fatigue, low moods and sleep disturbances. I take a holistic approach to help improve energy, focus and overall wellbeing using nutrition, lifestyle and supplement support.

What To Expect In Your First Naturopathic Consultation

Your initial consultation is a relaxed, in-depth session (usually 1 hour) where I take the time to understand your health story, lifestyle, and goals. Together, we’ll explore:

  • Your current health concerns and symptoms

  • Medical history and previous treatments

  • Diet, lifestyle, stress, and sleep habits

  • Any relevant testing or assessments that may help

  • Personalised recommendations, which may include diet and lifestyle changes, as well as nutritional and herbal supplements for additional support

This session is a safe, judgement-free space where your questions are welcome, and together we create a plan that feels manageable and supportive for you. Follow-up appointments help track your progress and adjust your plan as needed.

FAQs

What to expect in the initial consultation? Allow 60 minutes for the consultation. The appointment will include a thorough case history regarding the presenting health issue/s, a review of diet and lifestyle aspects, stress and environment/social contributions.

Do I need to bring anything to the appointment? If you have had any recent tests, please bring a copy of the results or email them prior to your appointment. It will save time tracking these down after the appointment. In addition, take photos of any medications or supplements you are currently taking or bring them with you. Please fill in the New Client Form that is sent after booking, occasionally this email goes to your junk or spam folder.

Is a naturopath the same as a nutritionist? A naturopath and nutritionist view the patient in a similar way, both are holistic and multidimensional. Both modalities incorporate diet, lifestyle, and nutritional supplementation as part of the treatment recommendations. A naturopath, in addition to this, can also use herbal medicine as part of the treatment, whilst not always required it is a useful tool to have. Teaching my patients how to eat for long-term health is one of my passions. As a society, we are often ‘yo-yoing’ between different fad diets that are not sustainable.
