Why I Love Supporting Womens Health

With a background in marketing and events before becoming a naturopath, I understand how easy it is to put your health last, especially when juggling work, family or motherhood. I’ve been there too. That’s why I offer realistic, evidence-informed support that meets you where you're at. I focus on nutrition, herbs, and simple lifestyle changes that make a big difference without the overwhelm.

I believe in empowering my clients with knowledge and practical strategies, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

My Specialist Areas of Interest

  • Hormonal Health and Women's Wellness: From irregular cycles and PMS to PCOS, endometriosis, and perimenopause—my approach focuses on restoring hormonal balance using natural therapies, nutrition, and targeted lifestyle support.

  • Preconception Care: Support your body in the lead-up to pregnancy with tailored care that focuses on hormone balance, nutritional support, and lifestyle strategies to improve your fertility outcomes, naturally.

  • Pregnancy Support: Nourish yourself and your growing baby with a personalised plan that supports energy, nutrient needs, and symptom relief. I offer gentle, evidence-based support throughout every trimester.

  • Postnatal Care: The postpartum period can be both beautiful and challenging. I support new mothers with practical, nourishing guidance to help replenish nutrient stores, support emotional wellbeing, and ease the transition into motherhood.

  • Gut Health and Digestion: Struggling with bloating, constipation, or food sensitivities? I work with you to identify root causes and support gut repair using a combination of diet, herbs, and where needed, functional testing.

  • Skin Health: Your skin reflects what's happening inside. I offer naturopathic support for acne, eczema, and other skin concerns by addressing underlying drivers like gut health, hormones, inflammation, and nutrient deficiencies.

Why Work With Me

I know how overwhelming it can feel to navigate your health, especially when you're tired, burnt out, or trying to conceive. As a naturopath (running my own business) and mum myself, I take a compassionate, no-pressure approach that meets you where you're at.

You’ll never get a one-size-fits-all plan. Instead, I take the time to understand your unique health picture, your symptoms, lifestyle, medical history, and goals. I create a realistic, evidence-based plan to support your body naturally, one step at a time.

Whether you're seeking support for hormones, digestion, fertility, or skin health, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, honesty, and the latest in nutritional and herbal medicine.

FAQs

What to expect in the initial consultation? Allow 90 minutes for the consultation and additional time with the administration team for payment and collection of herbs/supplements (if required). The appointment will include a thorough case history regarding the presenting health issue/s, a review of diet and lifestyle aspects, stress and environment/social contributions.

Do I need to bring anything to the appointment? If you have had any recent tests, please bring a copy of the results or email them prior to your appointment. It will save time tracking these down after the appointment. In addition, take photos of any medications or supplements you are currently taking or bring them with you. Please fill in the New Client Form sent after booking, occasionally this email goes to your junk or spam folder.

Is a naturopath the same as a nutritionist? A naturopath and nutritionist view the patient in a similar way, both are holistic and multidimensional. Both modalities incorporate diet, lifestyle, and nutritional supplementation as part of the treatment recommendations. A naturopath, in addition to this, can also use herbal medicine as part of the treatment, whilst not always required it is a useful tool to have. Teaching my patients how to eat for long-term health is one of my passions. As a society, we are often ‘yo-yoing’ between different fad diets that are not sustainable.
